We reserve the flat for non-smokers and sorry but we do not accept pets.

Tariff: 2009   Low-Mid. season: [ Febuary - end of April  and October, November.] £250 - £395 per week.

  High Season: £450 - £475 per week

[ May to October ]

The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac in hugh town St Marys, 5 minutes walk to porthcressa and town beach and 10 minute walk to the shops and  harbour. if your traveling by boat you walk through the town, turn right just before you get to the bell rock hotel, then first left follow the road up around the corner, 3rd bungalow on the right. if you fly skybus they will drop you of outside. helicopter, the bus will drop you of by the bell rock hotel.

Sorry the property is not suitable for the disabled.

Our self-catering maisonette is joined and situated next to our house. it is in a very quiet area, but close to all amminaties , there are no parking facilities. the entrance is to the left of the building with 3 steps leading up to the property. there is an outside light, door leading  into open plan living area, lounge, dining area and kitchen. lounge has 2 seater leather settee, stool, coffee table, lamp,colour tv and dvd player. Dining area has pine table, chairs, bookcase with selection of books games and information folders, also sideboard with lamp, radio/dvd player. extra placemats, table cloth in drawer. Economy and electric heaters,spotlights, stainless steel sockets, fitted fire alarms in lounge and bedroom. kitchen area is well equiped with electric oven and halogen hob, washing machine, fridge with small freezer compartment, and sink. good selection of crockery and utensils. good quility of flooring through out. There is quite a step stairs leading to the bedroom and bathroom. bedroom has double bed, none feather duvet, four pillows, extra blanket and pillows in built-in wardrobe. floor is carpeted. bedside lamps, 2 pine chest of drawers, 2 large mirrors,selection of paintings on wall. Bathroom is fully tiled, with  double shower unit, washhand basin, wc, mirror/shaver point and  vinyl flooring. the property is a no smoking area and no pets.    We have tried to supply as much information as posible in this statement, if you have any queries please do call.
